University of Nairobi Duo Charged in Sh15 Million Fraud Against Rwandese National

Jesus Godoua and Judith Mbatha have been brought before the court, facing charges of fraud for allegedly deceiving Tuyishime Grace into believing they could help her engage in trading on the Binance platform. The prosecution claims that the fraudulent transaction took place at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.

Godoua is identified as a national of the Central African Republic, while Mbatha holds Kenyan nationality.

Following the proceedings, both defendants have been granted release on bond as they await further developments in their case.
